The 18th Annual Anna Mueller Junior Challenge was held at Jersey Lanes on February 19, 2012. One of the founding coaches of our Junior Bowling Program, Anna Mueller's legacy lives on today through our hard working staff and coaching committee for both the annual tournament and the 200 child junior bowling program she helped build.

A total of almost $4700.00 in scholarships was awarded to the bowlers in this Tournament.

Charles Fatigati along with the entire coaching staff of Jersey Lanes would like to thank all those bowlers who participated in the tournament and we look forward to seeing many of you for the 19th annual Anna Mueller Junior Challenge next year.

Nicholas Campanelli led the individual scoring with a 942 4-game series and high games of 279 and 267.

The 2010 -2011 season Jersey Lanes youth bowler of the year Jerel Rodriguez took home the scratch division title of the 2nd Annual PinGobblers Youth Scholarship Tournament at Jersey Lanes. Jerel qualified 5th after 1st round of tournament and was 55 points behind leader Darius Singletary. Jerel bowled 279 and 258 in final round to overtake Darius and walk away with the title. Hi game for the Tournament was bowled by Darius Singletary. Darius started out the Tournament with a 300 game. Another honor score was bowled by Steven Kotowski. Steven had the front 11 strikes and ended the game with a 297.

In the 12 and Up Division, Auston Davis defeated thirty-four other bowlers to earn the right to be called Tournament Champion. Auston averaged 40 pins above his average for 7 games. Coming in a close second place was Robert Vilas, who at 12 years old, averaged 205 for the 7 games.

The Pin Gobblers Tournament also had a dozen 11 and under bowlers. The division was won by Boonton Lanes' youth Adam Gelvan. Adam led the 3 games of qualifying and continued to dominate in the finals going on to win by 64 pins over Luis Torres.
